Current and former military members serving from World War II to present day stand in front of the Utah State Senate floor during Latino Appreciation Day Feb. 16, 2011, at the Utah State Capitol in Salt Lake City. The Utah National Guard’s highest ranking Hispanic members Lt. Col Frances Marcus, and Chief Warrant Officer 5 Fabian Salazar, Utah National Guard, and Maj. Krista DeAngelis and Chief Master Sgt.
